    Former Bomachoge Borabu Member of Parliament, Joel Onyancha questioned Justice Smoking Wanjala’s absence during the Supreme Court judgement moments before his untimely death.

    The Jubilee allied politician posed a question in the ‘Mbele iko Sawa’ WhatsApp group asking why the judge missed such a historic day.

    Moses Kuria took to his Facebook to post a screenshot of the former Bomachoge Borabu MP’s post. He asked Justice Wanjala to answer the late legislator posthumously.

    The former MP died on Wednesday from a heart attack at Aga Khan Hospital.
