Embakasi North MP James Mwangi Gakuya has been arrested by the EACC detectives.
The legislator is being held over a corruption related case that is yet to be disclosed.
Gakuya is reportedly being held at EACC Headquarters, Integrity Centre.

In 2015 the MP was arrested for fraudulently selling Sh7 million property to former Makadara MP Benson Mutura.
