Kiambu governor Ferdinand Waititu’s lawyer Harrison Kinyanjui has said that he would pull out from all of the governors cases because he has not been receiving payment.

He applied to be excluded himself from all the pending cases by the governor and has said that he intends to sue the governor for his payment.

“He has not paid me and I am unable to proceed with representing him anymore. He never responds to my calls and I have to stop acting for him in about 15 other cases,” Mr Kinyanjui says in the application, adding that the governor failed to pay him, to enable the conclusion of the Punjab University degree lawsuit, filed by former Governor William Kabogo” Harrison Kinyanjui stated.

The lawyer said that the governor has since refused to pick his phone calls or respond to his emails pertaining to his payment.

Harrison Kinyanjui has represented governor Waititu in most of his cases.
