The Government has announced 19 fully funded Master’s scholarship opportunities for Kenyan citizens to study in the United Kingdom in 2027.
The Commonwealth Scholarship Commission (CSC) in the UK has invited the Ministry of Education to nominate 19 Kenyan citizens for consideration for the scholarships.
In a notice issued on Tuesday, August 25, 2026, the Ministry of Education said the final selection of successful candidates will be made by the Commonwealth Scholarship Commission.
The scholarships will be tenable at any approved university in the United Kingdom that hosts Commonwealth Scholarship Commission awardees.
The Ministry has urged interested applicants to review the eligibility requirements and application procedures before submitting their applications.

Application Deadline
The online application portal will open on September 8, 2026, and close on October 20, 2026, at 4:00 p.m. GMT.
Applicants are required to submit their applications to the Ministry of Education within the stated deadline.
