State House Digital Director Dennis Itumbi has said he will not apologize to Justice Lenaola. Justice Lenaola through his lawyer Donald Kipkorir had given Dennis Itumbi three days to delete all the tweets.

He said that the information he posted was public knowledge as the petition had been filed by Mr.Ngumu and was being posted all over social media.He said that Justice Lenaola should develop thick skin as he is a public officer.

Justice Lenaola has also written to the standard newspaper asking for an apology.
