Gatundu South Member of Parliament Moses Kuria has asked for the arrest Embakasi East counterpart Babu Owino for hate speech.
In a Facebook post he told Director of prosecutions, Ndegwa Muhoro, Inspector General, Joseph Boinet,Chairman NCIC,Francis Ole Kaparo and Director of Public Prosecutions, Keriako Tobiko to arrest the new legislator.
Babu Owino allegedly referred to President Uhuru Kenyatta as ‘mtoto wa mbwa'(son of a dog) during a NASA rally.

Moses Kuria who said he was a frequent visitor of cell number 4 in Pangani police station wanted Babu owino to become the cells latest occupant as a result of the insult.
He asked the said officials to save him unnecessary time,effort and resources and arrest Babu Owino today.
