    Moses Kuria Says Some Election Officials Will Be Jailed If Election Bill Goes Through

    Gatundu MP Moses Kuria has identified three elections officials from Mombasa who may face jail time if the election amendment bill goes through parliament.

    He said that returning officers Mwanajuma Ali (Nyali), Luciana Swanzua (Likoni) and Aboud Mohammed (Kisauni) knowingly failed to sign form 34Bs that the Supreme court used to nullify the elections with.

    ‘We want the three arrested and jailed immediately,’ the legislator said as he launched a caravan for the campaign of the presidential candidate for Jubilee party Uhuru Kenyatta.

    Moses Kuria said that the three constituencies were widely mentioned during the petition where the Supreme Court stated that the elections were marred with illegalities and irregularities.
