A rogue administration police officer has shot dead two colleagues and injured another in Marigat, Baringo county.
The officer identified as Jackson Mwangi Nyaga shot dead Gabriel Kungu Njoroge and Francis Ekeno at the Rapid Deployment Unit camp in Arabal/Kasiela, Baringo.
The injured officer, Daniel Kyalo Mutuku, was left with serious gunshot wounds and is admitted at the Marigat sub-county hospital.
Jackson is said to have taken off taking with him the murder weapon. It is however not clear what his motives were.
Police have launched investigations into the matter and a manhunt as well.
