Raila Odinga in his presidential election petition wants the Supreme Court judges to nullify Uhuru Kenyatta’s win should they find fault in the just concluded poll.
In the petition filed on Friday night, NASA wants the IEBC to conduct a fresh round of polls should the court find the commission culpable of any misdeeds during and after the election.
The petitioners, want the fresh polls done in strict conformity with the Constitution and the Elections Act.
The NASA team has also asked that the respondents be held responsible for committing election irregularities.

The petition also orders for a critical study of the rejected and spoilt votes and a declaration that the rejected and spoilt votes count towards the total votes declared by the IEBC.
Odinga has also asked the court to examine and audit all the returns of the presidential election including the forms 34A, 34B and 34C.
They also want an audit of the KIEMS kits, server and website portal.
They have also asked that Uhuru’s declaration be declared invalid and was not duly elected as president.
The team has on its side 20 lawyers arguing its case before the six judge bench.
Uhuru Kenyatta and IEBC Chairman, Wafula Chebukati are the respondents.
