
Raila Odinga’s presidential campaigns strategist, Salim Lone jets in today, Wednesday, June 14.
Salim Lone, Raila’s former adviser during the Grand Coalition government, will be joining the NASA campaign team as the communication and strategic advisor.
“I am delighted by my return to Kenya. This offers me an opportunity to be part of history for a new Kenya. This is a very crucial election for our country because if Jubilee Party is re-elected, it will spell trouble for our country,” said Lone as quoted in Daily Nation on Wednesday, June 14.

Salim served as Raila’s ODM communications director and political adviser in the 2007 General Election as well as a co-chair with Mukhisa Kituyi to spearhead the Yes-campaign during the 2010 referendum on the new constitution.
The list of NASA’s National Campaign Committee includes politicians, technocrats and businessmen.
