    Students Leaders Accuse Babu Owino Of Interfering With Union Operations

    Student leaders have asked Embakasi East MP Babu Owino to stay away from university politics and allow the current leadership to exercise its mandate.

    The leaders led by Multi media University student president Robin Boit said that Babu Owino had ceased to be a leader and he should therefore stop from interfering with their affairs.

    The Kenya University Student Union KUSU leaders insinuated that the member of parliament and other former leaders were interfering with the operations of the student unions and asked them to step aside immediately.

    Babu Owino was the president of SONU which is the union of Nairobi University until his election as member of parliament.
