    Three Perish In Kajiado Road Accident, Drunk Driver Arrested

    Three people lost their lives on Saturday night after an accident occurred at Kumpa area on the Kajiado -Namanga highway.

    According to eyewitness account, the crash occurred after a motorcycle carrying two pillion passengers – a man and a woman – was hit from behind by a saloon car.

    The woman aged 45-years old died on the spot while the man, 55, and the rider died while receiving treatment at Kajiado Referral Hospital.

    The driver of the saloon car is said to have been drunk at the time of the accident.

    He was arrested and taken to Kajiado Police Station.

    The bodies of the deceased were moved to the Kajiado Level 5 Referral Hospital mortuary.

    The accident comes barely a week after one person died on Friday after a fatal accident on the Nakuru-Naivasha highway.

    The early morning accident also left two other people badly injured.
