The Directorate of Criminal Investigations (DCI) has launched investigations into a cartel luring young girls from their homes to party joints in Nairobi. According to DCI boss George Kinoti, the cartel uses a social media account dubbed social “Carty-gang-ent”. Seven teenage girls have allegedly gone missing from November 14. The 16-year-old girls left their homes on the night of the aforementioned date after receiving a call from an American number. The don, identified as James Mweri Kahunyo was charged before Kibera chief magistrate Joyce Gandani where he entered a not guilty plea.
