A Jomo Kenyatta University of Agriculture and Technology student was on Monday shot as he tried to access the State House, Nairobi. The man, identified as Brian Kibet Bera sustained injuries on his left shoulder when he drew a knife when asked to surrender. A Meru based Catholic priest murdered outside a bar in the wee hours of Tuesday morning had been in a relationship with a 25-year-old woman for the past six years. A Memphis lounge bouncer has been arrested in connection with an attack that happened in the wee hours of Monday morning. The bouncer is said to have been among nine men including a “short, brown man” who attacked Nairobi Governor Mike Sonko’s daughter Saumu Mbuvi.
