Lukenya Assistant County Commissioner Elizabeth Karitu has been interdicted and arrested for allegedly losing keys to a national examinations container. The Inspector-General of Police Hillary Mutyambai has directed that all officers, who have served in one region for more than three years be transferred. The Ministry of Health (MoH) has ordered the closure of 811 medical centres across the country for failing to meet minimum standards for licensure.
