    Most Wanted Criminal Who Chopped Off Victim’s Legs Finally Arrested

    The Directorate of Criminal Investigations (DCI) have arrested one of the most wanted criminals in Kawangware.

    According to the detectives, the suspect Kelson Lienga alias Kevin Lienga is noted to have been involved in a series of crimes, including one which he chopped off the leg of his victims.

    Lienga has been accused of being connected to crimes especially in the Western part of the country which included robbery with violence and defilement.

    The detectives noted that in 2017, Lienga was arrested following a series of crimes he had carried out in Sabatia.

    He was later arraigned in court, tried and was convicted (in absentia) to 20 years after he failed to show up in court during his judgement day.

    The DCI added: “On 26th February and 10th April 2019, the suspect was connected in a series of violent robberies and organized crimes including one in which a 14-Year-old girl was defiled.

    “The suspect is directly linked to all these crimes and has been at large ever since he failed to attend court,” the detectives mentioned.

    The suspect is currently in custody awaiting his arraignment in court.
