Sudan edged out Seychelles 1-0 on Tuesday to book a date with Kenya’s Emerging Stars in the U-23 AFCON qualifiers second round in March next year.
Sudan benefitted from Seychelles own goal in the second half to sail through on 2-1 aggregate score line.
Stars made the penultimate qualifying round after beating hapless Mauritius 8-1 on aggregate on Sunday in Port Louis.

Eight teams will make the finals of the continental showpiece set for Egypt in November 2019 after the third qualifying round in June the same year.
The tournament will also serve as the qualifiers for the 2020 Olympics in Japan with top three finishers sailing through.
