A Sickly Francis Nyenze Shows Up To Parliament With Oxygen Tank (Video)

Former National Assembly Minority Leader and Kitui West Mp Francis Nyenze on Thursday showed up to take his oath of office with an oxygen tank in hand.

Nyenze had difficulty speaking and breathing but was determined to be sworn in as he finished reading aloud his oath.
