Mombasa Governor Ali Hassan Joho has apparently found himself a new catch after his falling out with KTN’s Betty Kyallo.
The dapper county boss is allegedly going out with President Paul Kagame’s niece only identified as Kate.
The two have been hanging out in fancy hotels in the coastal town of Mombasa.
