Nakuru based controversial Hero radio station has shut down.
The employees are said to have woken up to an internal memo announcing the closure of the radio station.
”We wish to announce that with immediate effect halting all our services as we shut down to strategize on our next move. We will communicate soon if something comes up,” the memo read in part.
/courtesyThe radio station is known for unveiling controversial stories like the one of the necrophiliac lady who spent most of her nights in mortuaries.
It also unveiled the story of a girl that had fallen in love with her father.
The stories were said to however be fabricated by the presenter Kate Vobic in order to get views.
