Open Your PowerPoint Presentation

- Open Microsoft PowerPoint
- Load your presentation

Display the Notes Pane
At the bottom of the PowerPoint window, you will find the Notes section.
If it is not visible, you can enable it from the View menu.
- Look for the Notes area below the slide
- Click Notes if necessary
- Ensure the pane is displayed

Select the notes area beneath the slide.
