Norman MagayaNASA CEO Norman Magaya has said that the meeting in Jacaranda grounds will still go on despite police banning it.

During an interview with KTN News Magaya said that Japheth Koome is not the law.

He says that they have notified the police as required by them under section 5 of the Public Order Act. He confirmed that the letter was drafted by the law firm of Edwin Sifuna and associates.

Norman Magaya called out Japheth Koome  as being used by agents of Jubilee who fear that the NASA crowd will be larger than those at Kasarani as they are ferrying people to the venue.

He confirmed that a letter was done to the OCS Embakasi area who has not told them of any other meeting that is to take place at the venue or if it was impossible to hold the meeting tomorrow.

Magaya did not say if Raila Odinga will be sworn in but said that there will be a moment of silence for the people who had been killed during protests.

“We are asking the Nairobi Police boss not to interfere with the meeting at Jacaranda grounds and that the coalition will find a way of providing security”, he said.

The NASA CEO said that president Uhuru was a fraudulent president as there was no election that was performed in strict conformity with the law.

His sentiments were echoed by Ford Kenya Leader, Moses Wetangula who said that the president was elected through the backdoor and that NASA ‘s main agenda was to push for electoral justice.
