An emotional Moi Girls parent attacked Nairobi Police Commander, Japheth Koome under unclear circumstances.
The woman is said to have tried hitting the police boss with her bag.
The county police boss was in the premises helping his officers investigate the 2am incident.
Koome dropped his phone during the encounter as his officers came to his rescue.
The fire according to CS Fred Matiang’i was no accident but arson.
