moses kuriaGatundu South Mp, Moses Kuria was among the first few people to identify the late Chris Msando’s car. The grey Land Rover was found at the Thika Road Mall on Monday morning.

Kuria said,’the idiot is enjoying sweet time with a woman.’

Msando’s body together with that of his lady friend who has been identified as, Carol Ngumbu were later on found at the city mortuary.

The legislator has however distanced himself from any involvement in Chris’ death.

Speaking to SwahiliHub, he said that it was not wrong to identify someone’s car and had never been seen by the late IEBC commissioner.

moses kuria”In all criticism I have not heard anyone claiming that I have ever been seen by Chris Msando. I was simply pictured next to his vehicle and I was in the company of police officers.”

”There is no harm in knowing what type of a car another Kenyan drives. It is also not illegal for any Kenyan to participate in investigations of a missing person,” he added.

Kenyans however criticized the law maker but Kuria defended himself saying: ”I owe nobody any explanations. The media and social media are not part of the police and I refuse to be dragged into this political circus.”
