MultiChoice Kenya subscribers are in for a treat this weekend as the pay TV holds the 2012 Open Day on Saturday August 25, 2012 at the T-Mall, Nairobi West.

The annual event, which is free of charge and open to all, is hugely popular in City households by virtue of DStv offering unrivalled home entertainment options for the whole family.

The MultiChoice family will be led by its General Manager, Danny Mucira and senior management drawn from DStv, GOtv, DStv Mobile, Supersport & M-Net.

“We pride ourselves in always putting the subscriber first, providing superior customer service, technical support and subscriber management while focusing a great deal of effort on informing, educating and entertaining viewers through world-class programming carried on DStv,” said Mr Mucira.

Among the highlights of the day is the DStv Rewards ongoing promotion whereby subscribers will be rewarded for staying connected for 3 months and above.  Other highlights include DStv Self Service for ease of payment, DStv Online and interaction with all Supersport, Mnet, DStv, GOtv and DStv mobile.

Organizers are also promising lots of fun and goodies at the day-long with activities like Prize shower and Magic Wall.

For kids and their families, there is also a specially-fitted gaming zone featuring ring toss, hula hoops, jumping castles, water bubble and car racing.

Those attending will also have the opportunity to ask the MultiChoice team questions and a forum to express their ideas.

“My team is looking forward to meeting our subscribers whom I am sure are already aware of different channels to access the brand, but I hope this session will help to make that happen even more and also understand how MultiChoice Kenya can offer more value,” said Mr Mucira.
