Former Machakos senator said that he will hit Kalonzo Musyoka with a bible if he faild to be sworn in as the peoples deputy president.
He told mourners that indeed Kalonzo Musyoka was under house arrest on January 30, he said that that he personally went to get him and he was also detained. He said that he will ensure that Kalonzo Musyoka is actually sworn in.

“I swear to God That id Kalonzo does not get sworn in I will hit hin on the head with a bible,” Muthama said
There were reports that the swearing had been set for February 28 but Kalonzo Musyoka has refuted the reports saying that he is not aware of the said plan to swear him and that it was a notion formulated by the Jubilee government.
