Manchester City striker Erling Haaland has unveiled a new hairstyle, cutting short the long hair that has become one of his most recognisable looks.
The Norway international, who has often worn his long blond hair tied back during matches, shared selfies on social media while getting his hair shaved.

Haaland appeared unfazed by the dramatic change, captioning the photos: “Short hair don’t care 😅✂️.”

The 25-year-old was last seen sporting his trademark long hair during Manchester City’s Community Shield clash against Arsenal, where City suffered a 3-0 defeat.

Haaland is expected to debut his new look when Manchester City open their Premier League campaign against Bournemouth at the Etihad Stadium.

The striker finished the 2025/26 Premier League season as the league’s top scorer after netting 27 goals.
