its nice for sumsung to go on but I wish their distributors would at least honour warranty when phones fail within the warranty period. Phone express dealer just refused to honour warranty claim on a malfunctioning phone.
Are you saying is should not have hope of my phone getting repaired/replaced? Its been with some technicians in Nrb westland for over a month now….. been mteja for a month having spent close to 10k on a sumsung phone while may be I should have got a china phone!!!!!!!!! When do Kenyan sumsung customers make their complaint/compliments? Mine is a complaint
