    SRC Seeks To Recruit New CEO

    The Salaries and Remuneration Commission (SRC) is seeking to recruit a Commission Secretary/Chief Executive Officer (CEO).

    In a notice issued on Tuesday, March 25, 2025, the commission stated that applicants must be Kenyan citizens holding a degree from a university recognized in Kenya.

    They should have at least ten years of experience in Human Resource Management, Financial Management, or Public Management and must meet the leadership and integrity requirements outlined in Chapter Six of the Constitution.

    Postgraduate qualifications in a relevant field from a recognized university, membership in a relevant professional body in good standing, a certificate in leadership or strategic management from a course lasting at least six weeks, and a certificate in corporate governance from a recognized institution will be considered an added advantage.

    Interested and qualified candidates are required to submit their applications, including details of their current salary, certified copies of their national ID, academic and professional certificates, testimonials, and a detailed curriculum vitae.

    The position is a five-year contract, renewable once based on satisfactory performance. Applications, clearly marked “Application for the position of Commission Secretary/Chief Executive Officer (CEO),” should be sent via email to ceo2025@src.go.ke and must be received by April 24, 2025, at 5:00 PM.
