The Independent Electoral and Boundaries Commission (IEBC) CEO Ezra Chiloba on Tuesday said that the commission would release the presidential poll results through their website and the media but only after the final tally. A Tanzanian politician has been charged with using abusive language. The Chadema party member, Tundu Lissu allegedly referred to President John Magufuli as a dictator. Governor Ali Hassan Joho’s campaign car was seized by Anti-narcotic detectives during a drug operation in Mombasa. The operation saw heroin worth millions impounded. Seven suspected drug traffickers were arrested with a half a kilo of heroin and 4.5 million shillings in cash. Police took possession of seven vehicles which were parked in the Nyali compound where the raid took place. One of the seven vehicles, a Toyota Crowne, was part of Hassan Joho’s campaign motorcade.
