The US Embassy in Nairobi has commended the efforts of Kenyan law enforcement for apprehending Kevin Kang’ethe. Former Pakistani prime minister Imran Khan was Tuesday sentenced to 10 years in jail in a case in which he was accused of leaking state secrets. Police are investigating claims by a Chinese woman she lost Sh1 million from her apartment in Syokimau, Machakos County. The US government released the names of three troops killed by an enemy drone attack in Jordan on Sunday. Two people were Monday charged with murder before Kiambu High Court in connection with the murder of Meru based blogger Daniel Muthiani Bernard Alias Sniper. A 20-year-old woman who went missing from her home two weeks ago was Monday found raped and murdered in Kinale forest, Kiambu County.  Police said the body of the girl was found abandoned in the forest, covered in blood and with injuries that suggested she was sexually assaulted.
