    Britam Set To Invest Sh3.5 Billion In Real Estate Projects

    Britam Holdings Group has announced plans to invest Sh3.5 billion in real estate projects as they continue to carry out their 2016-2020 strategic plan.

    The financial service group’s Managing Director Benson Wairegi the investment is part of their revenue streams diversification plan.

    According to reports, the company has expressed interest in investing in various parts of Nairobi including; Kiliamani, Kileleshwa, Ngong and Hurlingham.

    “We will be working with our advisors to see which is the most viable area to invest in, although property is one of our major initiatives,” said Wairegi.

    Britam is currently constructing a Sh12 billion apartment in Kileleshwa which is expected to be completed by 2019. The company also plans to open its Britam Towers located in Upper Hill in 2018.
