    British Sugar Daddy Who Met Kenyan Woman on Facebook Arrested in Nairobi for Her Murder

    A 41 year old British man named Carl Singleton is being held by Gigiri police accused of killing the Kenyan student she met through Facebook. The man is said to have killed the woman after flushing her diabetic medicine down the toilet.

    Carl was on last weekend arrested on suspicion of murdering 22-year-old Peris Ashley Agumbi Mumtah, a student at the University of Nairobi.

    Ashley reportedly died in hospital of diabetic related complications and respiratory failures just few days after reporting to the Gigiri police that Carl assaulted her. In the same report, she detailed how Carl flushed the medicine down the toilet. Carl has been remanded in custody for more than seven days after police asked for more time to prepare a murder charge.

    Ashley and Carl lived in Gachie. She reported the assault to police on November 19th. He friends have set up a Facebook page to honour her.
