    Businessman Erastus ‘Ediot’ Odhiambo Sentenced To 20 Years In Prison For Killing Wife

    The court has sentenced businessman Erastus ‘Ediot’ Odhiambo alias Ediot to 20 years in prison for murdering his second wife 27 year old Lydia Irungu.

    Justice Stella Mutuku said that she considered the fact that the defendant was remorseful during the court process while meting the punishment.

    Erastus ‘Ediot’ Odhiambo murdered his wife four years ago in Buruburu estate after a disagreement. She had refused to meet him for a night out in Buruburu and the defendant went to her house with a cocked gun.

    A scuffle ensued and Erastus ended up shooting his wife who died from the gun shot wounds.
