    CJ Martha Koome Establishes Civil Appellate Division At Milimani Law Courts

    Chief Justice Martha Koome has appointed Hon. Gerald Muuo Mutiso to handle cases related to corruption and economic crimes in his current court station and any future stations where he may be deployed.

    The appointments were announced in a gazette notice dated March 6, 2026.

    The Chief Justice also re-appointed Paul Aol, Beatrice Sawe, Michael Chesikaw, and Fridah Lotuiya as members of the Co-operative Tribunal for a period of three years, effective from February 23, 2026.

    In addition, Eunice Daristu Fedha and Nicodemus Musyoka Mbwika were appointed as members of the Public Private Partnerships Petition Committee, also for a three-year term starting February 23, 2026.
