There was drama at the Kakamega Governor, Wycliffe Oparanya’s inauguration ceremony after the county Senator, Cleophas Malala found all seats occupied.
The legislator was in disbelief after finding out that there was no seat reserved for him in the front row or behind the governor.
He for ten minutes held up the proceedings as he stood in front of the governor and other guests waiting for a seat.
County Commissioner, Kang’ethe Thuku gave up his seat for the Amani National Congress Senator.

Malala took over from former senator, Boni Khalalwe who was vying for the governor seat but was floored by the incumbent, Oparanya.
