KLM Royal Dutch Airlines has come up with a brilliant and unique idea on how to bring people together at an ever expansive airport.
The airline has introduced a dinner/buffet table for travelers to bond while on transit to their various destinations.

The airline decided to conduct the social experiment at Amsterdam Airport Schiphol which is very crowded during the holiday season.
The table is specifically designed to allow an individual to eat only if there in a group of 20.
In a video that has made rounds on YouTube, the 4.5 meter table can be seen with 20 stools all around. The clip shows the table gradually descending as each chair is occupied and once all 20 chairs are filled the table descends completely providing everyone with a delicious holiday meal.
The concept behind the clip was simple; people should spend more time bonding with each other and not their devices.
