Where exactly is President Uhuru Kenyatta, Kenyans are wondering.
The head of state was last seen leaving the country for China in the company of his Foreign Affairs CS Monica Juma and his “brother” Raila Odinga.
While in China, Kenyatta secured an avocado deal, witnessed the signing of two project delivery agreements totalling to Sh67.5 billion through concessional financing and Public Private Partnership (PPP).
But the president missed out on a Sh368 billion SGR loan. CS Juma did however clarify that the SGR loan was not a priority during the talks.
It has now been two weeks since the citizens last saw their president and via Twitter started a hashtag to help find him.
Using #FindPresidentUhuru, KOT with the use of funny memes and even funnier reasons tried to guess why the head of state has stayed away from the public eye.
Here are some of the hilarious tweets:
He must be here somewhere… #FindPresidentUhuru pic.twitter.com/SQdFzqcFOt
