The record 17-time Kenyan champions earned a ticket to face the Premier League side having retained their Sportpesa Super Cup title this year against Simba SC of Tanzania.
Both Everton and Gor Mahia are sponsored by gaming giants Sportpesa.
Gor last faced Everton in a 2-1 loss in Dar Es Salaam in 2016 in a match former England international Wayne Rooney scored a spectacular goal.
