Gor Mahia right back Karim Nizigiyimana and forward Francis Mustafa have been called to Burundi Swallows team for next week’s Afcon 2019 qualifier double header against Mali.

Both players were in action for K’Ogalo over the weekend during their Kenyan Premier League match against Mathare United at Moi Stadium, Kisumu.

After the match the team was officially crowned the 2018 KPL champions for a record 17th time with Mustafa earning his first KPL medal in less than six month.

Karim skippered the Swallows in their last qualifier away to Gabon last month in a match they managed a 1-1 draw.

Mustafa came on as a second half substitute in the game.

Gor take on Zoo in the final KPL match of the 2018 season today in Machakos before they break for next season.
