Isaac Rutto, Party leader Chama cha Mashinani and NASA co principal has kept mum on his defeat to Joyce Laboso in Bomet county.

He was last seen in Chebaraa primary school where he was casting his vote. He has also not been visible as a co principal in the various Bomas press conferences that NASA has been holding.

Sources close to him have said that he will soon make a statement on whether he has conceded or will dispute the results.

His opponent however asked him to concede so that she could begin uniting the county as they spoke in one voice and he should respect their will.

Laboso, former Sotik Member of Parliament garnered 175932 votes against Isaac Rutto’s  85963 votes.
