The Jubilee Party has dismissed claims circulating on social media alleging that a Gen Z event was planned at the home of party leader and former President Uhuru Kenyatta in Ichaweri, Gatundu.

In a statement issued on Saturday, Jubilee Party Secretary General Moitalel Ole Kenta said the reports are false, misleading and unauthorized. He stressed that no such event has been planned or approved by the party or its leader.

“The Jubilee Party categorically states that no such event exists. These claims are false and do not represent the position or involvement of the Party Leader or the Jubilee Party,” Kenta said.

He urged party members and the public to rely only on official communication channels, noting that any formal information regarding Uhuru Kenyatta is released through the verified Office of the 4th President and official Jubilee Party platforms.

“Any information circulating outside these channels should be treated with caution and verified accordingly,” he added.

The party also reaffirmed its commitment to young people, saying youth remain a key part of its vision and political agenda.

“Young people occupy a central place in the vision of our Party Leader and within the Jubilee Party. We will continue engaging them through structured, organised and legitimate forums, including the Party Youth League,” the statement said.

Jubilee added that it remains committed to empowering Millennials and Gen Z as key stakeholders in national leadership, ahead of the 2027 General Election and beyond.
