The Kenya Urban Roads Authority (KURA) has announced a partial closure of Outer Ring Road on Saturday, September 5, 2026.
In a notice, KURA said the closure will run from 12 p.m. to 3 p.m. to facilitate the removal of a gantry along the road.
The authority advised motorists using the affected section to take note of the temporary traffic disruption and plan their journeys accordingly.
The closure will be in place for three hours to allow crews to safely remove the gantry at the location indicated by KURA.
KURA apologised to motorists and other road users for any inconvenience caused by the temporary closure.
“We apologise for any inconvenience caused,” KURA said.
