Media personality Njambi Koikai, who has been in the United States for treatment, shared her excitement with her fans after she was paid a surprise visit by King Kaka and Benachi (US-based Kenyan gospel artist.)
Posting on her social media platforms, Njambi, who was diagnosed with Thoracic Endometriosis, an abnormal growth of endometrial cells outside the uterus, expressed her gratitude to the artists for their continuous support during her treatment.
“Hey fam….guess who paid me a surprise visit? Yes. King Kaka . Thank you so much for the love and support…Benachi Mwanake asante sana (Thank you very much) for the surprise visit,” she captioned a picture she took with King Kaka.
She particularly commended King Kaka’s girl child campaigns on sanitary towels.
“Much respect for your Bank on Me Sanitary Towels Campaign. It was great discussing endometriosis with you,” Njambi stated.

Njambi who was evidently overwhelmed by the visit from the picture, briefly reminisced about the ‘old days’ when she worked with King Kaka, who was a graphic designer for their Reggae concerts.
“Great kuona maze vile umekuwa international bro,” she exclaimed.
King Kaka has been on tour promoting his new album Eastlando Royalty in which he has featured a number of international acts including Tracy Morgan and Romain Virgo.
Also sharing a picture on his social media platforms, King Kaka asserted that the greatest moment of his American tour was when he visited Njambi.
“One of the greatest moments of my visit in America is meeting @jahmbykoikai . Years back when Kaka Empire was a dream I used to design posters at Luthuli Avenue and Jahmby believed in my designing skills, I made posters for her Reggae shows. Today I am so proud of you, you’ve grown to be a very strong lady, I am praying for you,” King Kaka stated.
Njambi has been in the US for a while now as she continues to receive treatment.
She has since undergone several surgeries as her medical team tries to manage her condition.
Njambi has in the past asked Kenyans for financial support in order to cater for the many surgeries, and in those times she has had various celebrities coming to her aid.
