Edith Nyenze wife of the late Kitui west MP will be the front runner for Wiper Party in the by election slated for March 26.

She got the party ticket after trouncing  competitor Mwendwa Maluki at the nominations. Though only 31 percent of the 52000 registered voters turned up for the nominations, Edith Nyenze managed to garner 13388 votes against Mwendwa Maluki’s 2663 votes.
