Offset is recovering after being shot in Florida, with his team confirming that the rapper is currently in stable condition.

According to a statement from his spokesperson, the artist—born Kiari Cephus—is receiving medical treatment and remains under close observation. “We can confirm Offset was shot and is currently at the hospital receiving medical care,” the representative said. “He is stable and being closely monitored.”

While details surrounding the incident remain limited, reports indicate that the shooting occurred near the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino. Authorities have yet to release further information, and officials from the Seminole Police Department have not publicly commented on the situation.

Offset, 34, rose to global fame as a member of the chart-topping rap trio Migos, alongside Quavo and the late Takeoff. The group helped define a generation of hip-hop with hits like “Bad and Boujee” and their influential Culture album series.

In addition to his group success, Offset has built a strong solo career, debuting with Father of 4 in 2019 and following up with projects including Set It Off (2023) and Kiara (2025). His recent album, Haunted by Fame, featured collaborations with artists such as YoungBoy Never Broke Again and NoCap.

The incident comes just a few years after the tragic loss of his cousin and Migos groupmate Takeoff, who was fatally shot in 2022. In past interviews, Offset has spoken candidly about the emotional toll of that loss, describing the grief as something he continues to process privately.
