    President Kenyatta’s Aides Barred From Accessing AU Summit Hall In Addis Ababa

    There was a protocol hitch at the ongoing AU Summit in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia after President Uhuru Kenyatta’s aides were barred from accompanying him to the hall where it was being held.

    In a video that has gone viral, President Kenyatta’s Aide de Camp (ADC) and another aide are seen struggling to get past the security detail at the entrance of the hall but later walk away from the area after a brief push and pull with security officers.

    In the video, there is a large crown of Presidential aides from other countries, suggesting that it could have been an affair exclusively for heads of state to prevent information from leaking.

    On the other hand, First Lady Margret Kenyatta was elected the vice chair of the Organization of African First Ladies against HIV/AIDS (OAFLA).
