The Supreme court has rejected the pauper application filed by George Bush and John Chengo to challenge the re election of president Uhuru Kenyatta on October 26.

The two had asked to file a petition under pauper review which means that they wanted to be allowed to present their case without having to pay the filing fees.

Their petition wanted to challenge the validity of president Uhuru’s re election on grounds that the elections was not valid due to the fact that elections were not carried out in 25 constituencies and that it affected the outcome of the elections.

They also said that the withdrawal of the NASA candidate ‘s withdrawal also affected the elections.
