    Two Young Men Seek To File Presidential Petition Under Pauper Review

    Two young men from Huruma estate have moved to the supreme court challenge the win for the re election of president Uhuru Kenyatta under a pauper review.This means that they seek to file the petition without paying the 1.5 million Kenya shillings required to file a petition.

    The two young men claim that the withdrawal of the NASA presidential from the October 26 had a major impact  of the election.

    Their petition also states that the election were not conducted in about 25 constituencies also affected the outcome of the elections.

    If the two young men are successful they will be allowed to file the petition and argue the matter in court.They have attached evidence of their M-pesa statements to illustrate that they cannot afford the filing fees.
