The body of Akiba Katana Ndegwa was found in a pool of blood after he was attacked by unknown assailants armed with crude weapons at his homestead. Police said Francis Odhiambo, a first-year student at Maseno University, Kisumu died suicide by hanging himself using a sisal rope tied around his neck from one of the roof rafters inside his rented house.
